Shipping Policy

Super Electrical Limited processes orders within 1–2 business days, with any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays processed on the next working day. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout, with typical UK delivery times being 2–5 business days for standard delivery and 1–2 business days for express delivery, although actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, seasonal demand, or stock availability. We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking details if available. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated missed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and additional shipping charges may apply. If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue.
