Returns Policy

Super Electrical Limited accepts returns within 30 days of delivery provided that items are unused, in their original packaging, and not classified as custom-made, special-order, clearance, or final sale products. To request a return, customers must email info@superelectrical.co.uk with their order number, the reason for return, and photos where relevant, after which we will provide the return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error was made by us. Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected, and are processed to the original payment method, usually appearing within 3–10 business days; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. Exchanges may be arranged if the requested replacement item is in stock, and customers should contact us via email to organise this. Any faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and in these cases we will arrange a refund, replacement, or return label at no cost to the customer.
